Lol! It looks like the store owners bought a pack of alphabet stickers and wanted to get the biggest bang for their buck by using all the punctuation they could fit in there so as not to be wasteful!

I'm not saying it's excusable, but I can at least understand where the misplaced apostrophes came from on "We," "Accept," and stamp's.But what the hell is up with accept'?
